Jess Kobras

The Sound City launch training was the start of my career in the music industry. I had known I wanted to be in the music industry but had no way of knowing how to get there. The training allowed me to network with the right people and gain a better understanding of how things work behind the scenes. I also volunteered at the Sound City festival which led me to being brought on as a paid contractor. Whilst I was at Sound City as a paid contractor and volunteer, I again widened my network. This led to me being able to go freelance and I ot the opportunity to work on the pyramid stage at Glastonbury. It was invaluable to the start of my career.
