Jane is a Creative Strategist with a background in Creative Direction leading Facebook's Creative Shop for Music Partnerships in EMEA. Jane has delivered some of the most globally innovative work on the platform in the past two years in music and beyond. Working closely with the artists, labels, managers and all teams, she is a problem solver at her core. With experience in design, UX and Strategy as well as conceptual thinking, Jane works to find the right solution that balances all of these elements perfectly. Her work in music as seen industry leading work in Augmented Reality from Music Videos to Gamification in Filters to more recently working in VR and A.I. Jane has also led Facebook's BRIM Creative work (Black Representation in Marketing) , a new cross-industry initiative to improve the representation of Black people in marketing.
